Safe City Consulting Limited is a consultancy security services provider set up to offer integrated security solutions to public and private organizations and individuals operating in different sectors. Our goal is to provide competent and cost effective security consultancy services to our clients. The company’s lead consultant is Adebayo O. Adeleke, Bsc, MPA, CPO, FNIIS, a former Assistant Director with the Department of State Services, Nigeria’s premier security intelligence service, with expansive experience in Intelligence, Assets protection, Industrial security, Health and safety management. He worked in senior management positions in government and the private sectors, including Oceanic Bank and Eco bank Nigeria as Head Physical Security Risk and Head Security, respectively. He is supported by a team of well motivated, experienced and well trained personnel who are committed to the company’s mission.

Background checks

Background screening is an inquiry into the history and behaviour of an individual under consideration for employment, access to sensitive information and assets, among others. Background screening assists organizations to eliminate possible misconducts and liabilities associated with unscreened employees. Just as pre-employment screening is necessary, vetting of serving employees is equally important as a tool for assessing their continued loyalty and suitability in assigned positions and the organization in general.

Security Education

Safe City Consulting Limited offers security education awareness training for organizations, educational institutions, places of worship and NGOs. Our training provide mitigation measures to crimes and insecurity, such as terrorism, kidnapping, armed robbery, insider threats, work place violence, cyber and financial crimes, among others. The company’s goal is to offer effective professional security and safety consultancy services aimed at proffering standardized integrated security solutions to mitigate risks/threats to our clients’ assets, operational capability and corporate reputation

When your employees travel either within or overseas, our security advisors can provide security intelligence briefs about your destination, including information on security threats/risks crime trends, areas to avoid, and useful contact details.

Crisis management

Our security advisors will advise you on all aspects of crisis management as part of your business resilience strategy. Should a crisis situation actually occur we will support you throughout the period and assist and advise on recovery measures.

Managing Director/CEO

Adebayo O. Adeleke is a former Assistant Director at the Department of State Services (DSS), Nigeria’s premier security intelligence service, with robust experience in intelligence and security management. He worked at Oceanic Bank and Eco bank Nigeria as Head, Physical Security Risk. He also worked in the security sector in the United Kingdom. ADELEKE is a Fellow of Nigeria Institute of Industrial Security (NIIS) and member of ASIS International. He is supported by a team of experienced professionals, who are committed to the company’s mission.
